Refund Policy
We do not return or exchange items for change of mind or change of circumstances, so please choose carefully. Once decals are applied there is NO refunds.
We do not return, refund or exchange any items that have been custom made.
We will not re-ship or refund any items that are incorrectly addressed. This is your responsibility to ensure you have supplied the correct address.
Please ensure to check over your design proof carefully. Please remember colours vary from monitor to monitor.
Check your design proof to ensure you have provided us with the correct: Logo(s) and logo colour(s). Bike shape, year, model and make. Numbers and name- this includes checking the colour and spelling.
If you decide upon receiving you do not like the colour or find the template is incorrect, we are unable to refund you.
We are not liable if couriers/post have damaged or lost your parcel. This includes parcels incorrectly addressed. In these situations, you must lodge a claim with the carrier so that our company can start the refund process.
If a product is defective, we will repair, replace or refund your item. This process can take up to 10 working days once we receive the defective product.
If you need to return or exchange a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days. You must return the defective or wrong item to us within 5 days of receiving. Returns after this time cannot be accepted. Any defective products that require to be returned to UN4SEEN are done so at buyer’s expense. Any product being returned must be in as new condition
In order to process your refund or replacement, please make sure you have this information:

- - Invoice number
- - Date of receiving the product
- - Reason for return
- - Photo and/or video if asked if the "reason of return".
