Refund Policy

At Un4seen Decals, all products are custom made to order. Because of the personalised nature of our products, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.

This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Orders may be cancelled for a partial refund only if cancellation occurs before design approval has been provided.

Once design approval has been given, the order has entered production and no refunds are available.

If our design team has already commenced work, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Standard templated kit cancellation fee: $80

  • Fully custom kit cancellation fee: $100

No refunds are available on custom seat covers, plastics kits, or apparel once design approval has been approved and production has commenced.

Approved Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their design proof before approving production.

Approval confirms that:

  • Bike make, model and year are correct

  • Template shape is correct

  • Rider name, number, spelling and colours are correct

  • Logo placement and colours are correct

Un4seen Decals is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

Minor colour variations between screen displays and printed products do not constitute a fault and are not eligible for refund.

Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Products

You may be entitled to a refund if:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product does not match the approved design proof

  • You have received the wrong decal kit

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. The incorrect item will need to be returned to us, and we can provide a courier label to arrange the return.

All refund claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing:

design@un4seen.co.nz

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs (and video if requested)

Products must not be applied, modified, or altered before the issue is assessed.

Fit & Installation Disclaimer

Minor variations in fit may occur due to:

  • Plastic age or wear

  • Aftermarket plastics

  • Manufacturing tolerances

These minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a refund.

Graphics installed on plastics prior to shipping may show slight lifting or bubbling due to temperature or humidity changes during transit. This does not constitute a fault.

 

Import Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges applied by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by or paid to Un4seen Decals. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer (the importer) and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority if required. Un4seen Decals is not responsible for, and does not cover or reimburse, any import duties, taxes, or related charges applied to international shipments.
