Return Policy

At Un4seen Decals, all products are custom made to order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are limited to the circumstances outlined below.

This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) 

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Orders may only be cancelled before design approval has been provided. Once design approval has been given and production has commenced, returns are not accepted.

If our design team has already commenced work, cancellation fees may apply.

Eligible Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product does not match the approved design proof

  • You have received the wrong item

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. The incorrect item must be returned to us, and we can provide a courier ticket where applicable.

All returned products must first be sent back to Un4seen Decals for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

Unless otherwise agreed, returned items are sent at the buyer’s expense.

Condition of Returned Items

Any product being returned must:

  • Be in as-new condition

  • Not be applied, installed, modified, or altered

Once decals have been applied, absolutely no returns will be accepted.

Fit & Installation Disclaimer

Minor variations in fit may occur due to:

  • Plastic age or wear

  • Aftermarket plastics

  • Manufacturing tolerances

These minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return.

Graphics installed on plastics prior to shipping may occasionally show slight lifting or bubbling due to temperature or humidity changes during transit. This does not constitute damage or a defect.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

design@un4seen.co.nz

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs (and video if requested)

We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.
