These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to membership of the Un4seen Syndicate programme, including use of the Syndicate app, website, member benefits, competitions, giveaways, rewards and related services.
By joining Un4seen Syndicate, creating an account, or using Syndicate services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Un4seen Syndicate
Un4seen Syndicate is a paid membership programme operated by:

Membership may provide access to benefits including member-only pricing, the Syndicate app and community, competitions and giveaways, Shred Points, member content, promotions and other benefits offered from time to time.
Membership benefits may change as Syndicate develops.
2. Membership Options
Membership may be offered on a weekly, annual or other subscription basis.
The applicable membership price and billing frequency will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for each renewal.
3. Membership Pack
Where a membership includes a physical welcome or membership pack, the contents of the pack will be described at the time of joining.
Pack contents, colours, styles and individual items may vary depending on availability.
A shipping or handling charge may apply and will be displayed before checkout.
Unless expressly offered otherwise, receiving a membership pack does not create entitlement to another pack each time a membership renews.
4. Member Numbers
Members may receive a unique Syndicate member number.
Member numbers remain associated with the member's account and are not transferable between people unless approved by Un4seen.
If a former member later rejoins using the same recognised account or email address, we may restore their previous member number rather than issue a new number.
Rejoining does not automatically entitle the member to another membership pack.
5. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time through the available account or subscription management options.
Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of cancellation, cancelling does not automatically provide a refund for membership fees already paid.
Access to membership services and benefits may continue until the end of the applicable paid membership period.
Cancellation is different from deleting your account.
If your membership is cancelled or otherwise inactive at the time eligibility for a member-only competition or giveaway is determined, you may not be eligible to enter or win that promotion.
6. Active Membership
Certain Syndicate features and benefits require an active paid membership.
This may include:
- Member-only competitions and giveaways
- Member pricing and discounts
- Shred Points and rewards
- Certain community or app features
- Exclusive product releases
- Member-only promotions
If payment fails, expires, is reversed, disputed or otherwise remains unpaid, access to some or all membership features may be suspended until the membership becomes active again.
7. Competitions & Giveaways
Syndicate may run competitions, promotions and giveaways throughout the year.
Each competition or giveaway may have its own eligibility criteria, entry requirements, closing date, draw date and specific terms.
Where separate promotion terms are supplied, those terms apply in addition to these Membership Terms.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, entrants must have an active and valid Syndicate membership at the relevant eligibility and/or draw time where the promotion is a member-only benefit.
Members must also meet any age, residency, location or other eligibility requirements stated for the particular promotion.
Membership does not guarantee that a member will win a competition or giveaway.
Winners may be required to provide reasonable identification and information necessary to verify eligibility before receiving a prize.
If a selected winner cannot satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected in accordance with the promotion's specific terms and applicable law.
8. Major Prizes
Major prize promotions, including motorcycle or vehicle giveaways, may have additional terms covering matters such as:
- Eligible countries or regions
- Minimum age requirements
- Parent or guardian requirements
- Prize collection or delivery
- Registration
- Insurance
- Taxes, duties or fees
- Travel or transportation
- Verification of the winner
- Publicity and prize presentation
These requirements will be set out in the applicable promotion terms.
Unless expressly included in the specific promotion, costs associated with collecting, registering, transporting, insuring or using a prize are the winner's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
9. Under-18 Members
Syndicate is part of the motorcycle and bike community and may include younger riders.
Where a member is under 18, their participation must be authorised and appropriately supervised by a parent or legal guardian where required.
A parent or guardian may be required to create or manage the membership, make payments, provide consent, accept these Terms and approve participation in competitions or community features on behalf of the young person.
Additional age restrictions may apply to particular features, competitions or prizes.
10. Syndicate Community
Members may be able to create profiles, add bikes, upload photos, enter competitions, vote, participate in Rate My Ride, use Stories, communicate with other members and use other community features.
Members must treat other users respectfully.
You must not upload, publish, send or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful
- Is threatening, abusive or seriously harassing
- Promotes hatred or discrimination
- Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate material
- Infringes another person's intellectual property
- Contains another person's private information without appropriate permission
- Is deliberately fraudulent, deceptive or malicious
- Contains viruses, malware or harmful code
- Is spam or unauthorised commercial advertising
- Encourages dangerous or unlawful conduct
Un4seen may moderate or remove content and may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the community or the operation of Syndicate.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of original photos, videos, artwork and other content that you own and upload to Syndicate.
By submitting content to Syndicate, you grant Un4seen Decals Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve Syndicate and related Un4seen services.
Where we would like to use member content substantially outside its original context, particularly identifiable content involving children, we may seek additional permission where appropriate.
You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use.
12. Shred Points & Rewards
Syndicate may provide Shred Points or similar digital rewards for eligible activities.
Shred Points:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
- Cannot normally be transferred between members
- May only be redeemed through eligible Syndicate rewards or offers
- May be subject to limits, expiry periods or specific redemption conditions
Un4seen may correct points awarded because of errors, fraud, technical issues or misuse.
The Shred Points programme may be modified or replaced in the future, subject to applicable law.
13. Referrals & Member Codes
Members may receive referral links, Syndicate Codes, Fan Codes or similar promotional tools.
Referral rewards or benefits are subject to the applicable offer conditions.
Members must not use referral systems fraudulently, create fake accounts, manipulate transactions or engage in misleading or unsolicited promotional activity.
Un4seen may cancel improperly obtained rewards, discounts or points.
14. Member Pricing & Discounts
Active Syndicate members may receive exclusive pricing or discounts on eligible products.
Member pricing:
- May change from time to time
- May exclude certain products
- May not be combined with other offers or discount codes unless stated
- May require an active membership and recognised account at checkout
Any exclusions or additional conditions will be displayed where reasonably practicable.
15. Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their account and login credentials secure.
You must not knowingly allow another person to use your account to obtain benefits they are not entitled to receive.
Please contact Un4seen if you believe your account has been compromised.
16. Suspension or Termination
Un4seen may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious or repeated breaches of these Terms
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Manipulation of competitions, votes, referrals or rewards
- Abuse or harassment of other members
- Unlawful activity
- Serious misuse of the app or community
- Payment fraud or chargeback abuse
- Conduct that materially threatens the security or operation of Syndicate
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
17. App & Service Availability
We aim to keep Syndicate available and operating reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The app or certain features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may add, remove or modify features as Syndicate develops.
Where a significant change materially affects a paid membership, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected members where appropriate.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Syndicate app, Un4seen branding, logos, graphics, software, designs and other Un4seen-created materials are owned by or licensed to Un4seen Decals Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Un4seen intellectual property without permission except where permitted by law.
19. Privacy
Personal information collected through Syndicate is handled in accordance with the Un4seen Syndicate Privacy Policy.
By using Syndicate, you acknowledge that personal information will be collected and processed as described in that policy.
20. Refunds & Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply under New Zealand law.
Where you are legally entitled to a remedy, these Terms do not remove that entitlement.
Change-of-mind refunds for membership fees, digital benefits or membership packs are not automatically provided unless stated otherwise or required by law.
21. Third-Party Services
Syndicate may use or integrate services provided by third parties, including payment processors, ecommerce providers, hosting providers, shipping providers and other technology services.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Un4seen is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Un4seen Decals Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of Syndicate where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Syndicate develops, including when:
- New features are introduced
- Membership benefits change
- Competition structures change
- Technology or payment systems change
- Legal or regulatory requirements change
The latest version will be made available through the Syndicate app, website or another appropriate location.
Where a change materially affects existing paid members, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to members under the laws of their country or region.
