Un4seen Decals Ltd (“Un4seen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of users of the Un4seen Syndicate mobile application, website, membership programme, and related services (“Syndicate”). Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Un4seen does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card details.

3. Community Content

Syndicate contains community-based features. Information or content you choose to post publicly or share with other members may be visible to other Syndicate users. This may include your display name, member number, profile image, bike information, photos, competition entries and other content you voluntarily submit. You should avoid posting personal or sensitive information that you do not want other members to see.

4. Photos and User-Generated Content

If you upload photographs, bike images, competition entries, Stories or other content, we may store and display that content as required to provide the relevant feature. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate another person's rights. Our rights to use submitted content are also subject to the applicable Un4seen Syndicate Membership Terms & Conditions and any specific competition or promotion terms.

5. Children and Young Users

Some Syndicate members may be under 18. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must create, approve or manage participation for a child or young person. Parents and guardians should supervise information and content uploaded by children using Syndicate. We may take additional steps to restrict, remove or protect information relating to young users where appropriate or required by law.

6. Competitions and Giveaways

When you enter or participate in a competition or giveaway, we may use information associated with your account to:

  • Confirm your identity
  • Confirm membership status
  • Check eligibility
  • Record entries or votes
  • Select or verify winners
  • Contact winners
  • Arrange delivery or collection of prizes
  • Meet legal or regulatory requirements
